Angela O’Neill

Angela O’Neill is as a National Disability Specialist with the HSE Community Operations Team. Her main responsibilities include Assessment of Need (Disability Act 2005) and working with colleagues in the education sector. 

Angela has a varied background in speech and language therapy. She previously worked as a speech and language therapist and as speech and language therapy manager in HSE Kerry. She then moved to managing disability services in Cork Kerry Community Healthcare.  

Angela has a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Language.
