Eileen Daly
Eileen is originally from Co. Cork but has lived in Dublin since 1994. She moved to Dublin to begin her studies in University College Dublin. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science degree in 1997. She is a qualified Guidance Counsellor and Life/Career Coach. Eileen has experience in various roles within disability, advocacy, education & employment. She has worked in Further and Higher Education as a Disability Officer and Career Guidance Practitioner supporting students with disabilities at various stages of educational transition since 2002.
She currently works with the Rehab Group providing services and supports to students with disabilities and those who have experienced educational disadvantage in the City of Dublin Education and Training Board. She has worked in Student Support Services for the past seventeen years. Currently, she is also working as a Guidance Counsellor in Pearse College of Further Education.
Previously, she has worked as a Careers Adviser for Students with Disabilities in Trinity College Dublin on an multiaward winning Genio funded initiative; Career Pathways ~ Transition to Employment Project. The aim of Career Pathways was to support students and graduates with disabilities in the transition from education to employment.
