Statement of Strategy 2023 – 2026
The NCSE’s Statement of Strategy 2023-2026 sets out the programme of work we are committed to over the next three years.
Our vision is for a world-class inclusive education system for Ireland.
The strategy reflects the expansion of the NCSE to meet the increased need in our education system, with additional investment of almost €13m from the Government as part of Budget 2023.

Our Data Strategy 2025-2028 sets out how we will transform how we manage, share and use data to better support children with special educational needs.
Building on consultation and assessment, this Strategy addresses our current limitations while outlining how we can meet increasing service demands

ICT Cloud Strategy 2025 – 2028
This Strategy sets out how we plan to modernise our information, communications and technology (ICT) service. It details how we will provide secure and scalable digital solutions that put the user at the centre.
It builds on our Data Strategy. It is in line with national digital policies, including the Digital Ireland Framework and Connecting Government 2030
