The National Council for Special Education (NCSE) plays a key statutory role in advancing research in the field of special education. Its research programme is dedicated to strengthening our knowledge and understanding of best practice in educational policy and provision for students with special educational needs. This work helps to inform and improve educational provision across Ireland.
