Child Protection and Welfare
The Children First Act (2015) has been fully commenced. This brings new and additional responsibilities on organisations and staff with regard to child protection and welfare matters. The NCSE has updated its procedures for reporting concerns to comply with these requirements and has also prepared an information guide to accompany the procedures.
